Hi, I’m Linda. I received my bachelor’s degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy University in 2022. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, currently supervised by Samiyyah Sabur.  As a counselor, “I aspire to be the person I needed when I was younger.” My goal is to create a safe space for clients to express their true feelings without any judgment. In a therapeutic relationship, I expect the client and me to work together to create a compassionate, supportive, and respectful relationship in order to move forward towards goals that have been established.

I want to be there for you, especially if you feel as though you cannot turn to your loved ones for help, as well as cannot rely on yourself to create insight that may be needed to live life to your fullest potential. I work with clients who need help with communication skills and social skills, as well as clients who may need help overcoming anxiety, depression, family conflict, and self-esteem issues. I also work with clients who are dealing with stressors within their cultural and religious communities. I commend you for taking this first step in bettering your well-being, and I hope we can work together to create a space to help you with whatever you are facing.
